Hi there, my name is Anveshak Bhalla and you may have guessed already that I’m a big time fitness enthusiast. I am a Professional Men’s Physique Competitor, Personal Trainer and an IT Engineer. I entered the gym being very skinny at the age of 17, standing 5’10” and weighing in at 66kgs. From day one, I had a natural passion for fitness and weight training.

After a few years of training, I entered my first bodybuilding competition at age of 19 in my college and I came runner up in 65kg weight class. Since then, my favorite bedtime activity was to read about fitness, sports nutrition, human body and its functions for maximizing strength. Following that I went to compete back to back in Mr. Delhi, Mr. North India and then in nationals, Mr. India and I placed in Top 3 or Top 5 every time.

And now, I know what next question comes to your mind next: Am I Natural a.k.a used steroids or any other PED?
I am proud to say that I’m completely natural ‘competitive’ athlete and I never even had any supplements for my first 6 years of training.

Now I am on a mission to spread the knowledge that I have gained over the years to you people which is easy and affordable. My focus is helping people to get out of their comfort zones whether it’s for a minute or an hour. I can’t make someone want to get stronger, leaner or fitter, but if they want to do it, I’m with them all the way!




Enroll and Set Goals

Once you enroll, you will be asked to fill up a questionnaire and a set a goal. Setting a goal will drastically improve your chance of reaching a desired outcome. 

I Plan and You Execute

After you fill up questionnaire, you will receive weekly plans which you have to follow. The execution phase is where person will either succeed, or fail, as the mindset is challenged to actually put into practice what has been planned. 

Monitor and Improve

You are required to log your meals and make weekly Check ins. While I will monitor and constantly make changes in your program, you will be improving your fitness and reaching your goals.

Absolutely, this is an online personal training platform, no physical interaction is necessary. Timezone difference is not an issue. 

Once you submit payment, you will be asked to answer a questionnaire so I can create your program. Once I have received the questionnaire it will take anywhere from 24 – 72 hours to receive your program.

Yes, absolutely. Every 1 week I provide you a new set of workout routines. So it is never boring and to promote muscle confusion.

We all start somewhere and I will be with you to help with anything you need or don’t understand.

The online training environment is best for people who are willing to take responsibility for completing the workout on their own, who want the convenience of working out where they want and when they want, and who want to save money, but want the help of a trainer.
